Autumn in Barbagia – Cortes Apertas

The traditional festival usually takes place on weekends from September to December in the center of Sardinia, in smaller villages and larger towns in the historic region of Barbagia. The program for 2024 will be specified during the first half of the year.

Last year’s stages in 2023 were attended by the municipalities of Bitti (September 2-3), Oliena (September 9-10), Sarule, Teti (September 16-17), Orani, Austis (September 23-24), Dorgali, Lula, Orotelli (September 30 – October 1), Gavoi, Lollove, Tonara (October 7-8), Meana Sardo, Onani, Orgosolo (October 14-15), Belví, Ottana, Sorgono (October 21-22), Aritzo, Olzai (October 28-29), Desulo (November 1-5), Ovodda (November 4-5), Mamoiada (November 3-5), Nuoro, Tiana (November 11-12), Atzara (November 18-19), Lodine, Ollolai (November 25-26), Gadoni, Oniferi (December 2-3), Fonni (December 8-10), Ortueri (December 9-10), Orune (December 16-17).
